Shipping Policy
🇺🇸 Domestic (U.S.)
- All U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders typically arrive within 7 business days.
- For special shipping requests, email: info@chibitronics.com
🌍 International Shipping
- We offer USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International options at checkout.
- You are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
- Once a package leaves the U.S., we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages in transit.
- If a package is returned to us and received, we’ll refund the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable).
🇪🇺 Shipping to the European Union
Due to VAT regulations, EU customers must order directly via email:
- Email info@chibitronics.com with:
- A list of items + quantities
- Your billing and shipping address
- VAT ID (if applicable)
- Phone number
- We’ll send you an invoice with estimated shipping costs.
- Payment is accepted via credit card or PayPal.
- Orders typically arrive within 15 business days, barring delays.
- You are responsible for any import duties or VAT fees.
Tip: Check out our international resellers to find a store closer to you. If your local retailer isn’t listed, feel free to ask them to carry our products!
Lost or Missing Packages
- We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received.
- Packages lost or damaged in transit.
- For any issues, please contact your shipping provider first.
Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 30 days if:
- They are unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- You email us at info@chibitronics.com with your order number.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was:
- Defective
- Incorrect
